During this course I was able to make connections between strategy and profitability. I learned how to identify functional, business-level, and global strategies firms use to create value. My portfolio discusses how companies maintain distinctive competencies and strengthen competitive advantages. I was able to create a complete analysis of my chosen firm discussing both internal and external environments and make recomendations on future strategy.
