This course provided an understanding of how products and services are developed, sold, and delivered to create value for customers and business. Below you can find my semester long group collaboritve project. This is a marketing plan for Redbull Energy Drinks where we chose to market and research a new Fall Edition flavor of Redbull. Concepts particularly helpful to us while collaborating on our marketing plan were our SWOT analysis, Current Market Description, Competitive Review, and Gnatt chart. We were able to use things like the breakeven analysis to inform business decision like our Action Programs, Pricing Strategy, etc.
