The ASCE Student Chapter’s mission is to improve every quality an engineer working in the real world may need to succeed. Incoming students will experience the community we have built over the years and have the opportunity to make friendships with other students and faculty members. Every incoming student interested in our chapter will get a wide variety of hands-on, real-world experience, ranging from pouring concrete to modeling software on a variety of projects. Our student chapter will also be exposed to professional connections between firms located here in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. The overall experience you receive from the chapter will stay with you for the rest of your life and help transform your technical skills to becoming a better engineer.
This year we are tasked with travelling to southern Arizona to compete at the 2025 Intermountain Southwest Student Symposium. We are very grateful to participate, but travelling to this event will come at a large monetary cost. We are hoping to raise $15,000 to support our efforts.
