During my time at Bosie State, I competed as a student athlete for the mens golf team, while completing my degree in interdisciplinary studies. I learned several skills including: teamwork, organisational skills and accountability. Working as a student athlete has set me up for a job in the future where I can adapt to any scenario and any job I am given.

[ Level 3 BTEC in sports management ]
This was the first time I lived away from home and gave me a lot of experience in living for myself. I now understand how to properly organise a day, budget and manage athletic lifestyle with school work. I continued to play soccer and golf while completing my BTEC which is coursework throughout the year, with deadlines and exams. The experienced I gained here helped prep me for my move out to America to continue my golf and academic career

I learnt how to organise my days and keep up with work that was needed to be in during nights I had sports.

[ Carer ]
I have worked at home for a carer with children with special needs. A lot of this work has been looking after children and making sure they are calm and relaxed during the day. This includes: feeding, changing, stretching and giving medication. I am very enthusiastic about this job and enjoy it a lot, you learn a lot about the struggles people go through when they have to take care of someone with special needs and this is very important to make sure their lives are look after as-well.
