Seek to alleviate and/or eliminate the financial barriers that prevent the fullness of an educational experience (for a student or parent).
Review, establish, and implement an equitable educational fee structure that will be applied to all students in the Targeted Subgroups, regardless of school designation (such as whether or not the school is Title I, 21st Century, Every Student Succeeds Act).
