To increase the frequency and mode of meaningful communication to families about enrollment opportunities in various U-46 programs.
Access, design, and implement a comprehensive professional development plan for equitable; accountable and culturally responsive practices that targets all U-46 Employees’ knowledge, attitude, and skills to meet the needs of all students as demonstrated by being Culturally Proficient. All Means All.
Ensure curriculum and instructional materials reflect and represent the cultural and linguistic diversity perspectives of the U-46 student population.
Institute a systematic Equitable Academic Support structure that ensures each student, especially the students in the Targeted Student Groups, are receiving the scaled supports needed to be successful in their PreK to age 21 learning experience.
