Women Leaders' Roundtable

The Women Leaders' Roundtable is an interactive, think-space where participants can engage in topics relevant to current and future women leaders in the workplace.

This year's topic is: Your Leadership Style, Your Legacy

For many, defining your leadership style can be an arduous and difficult task. Who do I want to be as a leader? What do I want people to remember about how I lead others? Your leadership style does not have to be in contrast to who you are as a person. It can, and often should, be influenced by your core values. This interactive session, facilitated by Dr. Michelle Lopez, explores how we can develop a leadership style that is transformative and connects to the most valued parts of who we are.
