Persona Mission Statement (HCA 5883.30)
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas Woman’s University in 2022, I began my career through a series of paid and unpaid internships as a software developer. Although these experiences did not lead directly to a full-time role, they sparked a deep interest in the potential of technology—especially software applications—to solve real-world challenges. As I explored various industries, I became particularly drawn to healthcare. I noticed significant gaps in software efficiency and coding practices in healthcare systems, which inspired me to pursue further education where I could merge my technical background with administrative and strategic expertise. I am now pursuing a dual MBA/MHA degree to address two interconnected goals: improving software application performance in healthcare environments and contributing to effective, transparent healthcare systems—particularly in my native country. There, I have witnessed first-hand the consequences of poorly managed healthcare administration, including high patient-to-doctor ratios and low satisfaction rates. I am especially passionate about developing user-friendly applications, improving patient outcomes, and building systems that support strategic planning, policy implementation, and informed decision-making. My mission is to become a leader who can design and manage efficient, technology-integrated healthcare systems that are accessible, accountable, and aligned with the needs of both patients and providers. Through this program, I aim to gain the tools necessary to transform healthcare delivery and administrative processes in underserved communities.

EQI Reflection
EI skills or behaviors for further development.
· Emotional Expression: Based on the report of EQI, I am not able to share my emotions and feelings often. Also, there is a lack of recognizing and understanding one’s emotions. So, developing these skills will help me to become an inspirational leader and create a fruitful connection with my team.
· Flexibility: According to the report, sticking to true methods and trying to execute original goals without listening to others is my weakest point. So, developing the skills of active listening, innovative adaptability, and adaptability of thoughts and behaviors will give more strength to hinder my leadership approach.
· Independence: Based on the evaluation of EQI, dependability and relying on my team's approval for any assigned project are my weakest points. So, improving these points in the upcoming days will help me to boost my confidence and decision-making.
Overall Qualities that I would like to have
· Self-awareness of emotion: Having the proper knowledge and understanding of my emotions helps me to regulate my behavior according to the situation. Developing the ability to control my expression fosters my leadership skills. So, my leadership will be clearer and more adaptable within my team.
· Innovation and adaptation: Developing the qualities of flexibility will foster my ability to change the situation as per adaptation and develop creative skills to adapt to new ideas within my team.
· Impulse Control: Having control over my impulsiveness helps me to prevent myself from being involved in rash discussions or behaviors and decision-making.
Smart Goal:
Develop the habit of sharing emotional expression in at least two emotions in virtual and physical team meetings.
Research one innovative method monthly and get all team members to participate to emphasize flexibility.
Try to make one vital decision in the gap of two weeks in a month without the support of my team to enhance my independence skills.
Time Frame: 2, 5, and 6 months, respectively.
Benefits:
Improve team collaboration and communication
Enhance team engagement, collaboration, and adaptation of new ideas.
Foster self-confidence, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Measure of Success:
Evaluation and feedback of team members
Result and feedback after implementation.
Positive results and feedback from the execution.
Support and resources needed:
Anonymous feedback questionnaire with result and improvement. Leaders guide.
Guidance of expert leadership. Feasible Budget on research practice.
Peer review from the manager and teammates. EQI Technology to determine the result.
Potential barriers:
Anxiety of speaking in front of mass. Fear of perspectives of mine from team members.
Fear of submitting unreasonable ideas. Changing ideas according to develop methods. Stick with the same ideas from the beginning.
Fear of making bad decisions and getting negative feedback and results from my decision-making.

2. Ah-ha Moment.
One of the best moments I observed myself during the training session was realizing that I prefer ISTJ preferences based on the evaluation. Also, I got to know how I observed the discussion scenario, how I interacted with other people at that moment, and how I interpreted their questions. For example, being an introvert, I tried to answer the questions of my colleagues after thinking about it. Before delivering my analysis of questions, I preferred to process my judgment internally before speaking. As a result, I realized that I have hesitation with sharing my ideas and thoughts in front of a mass of people, and I am unable to grab that opportunity to present my viewpoint. However, I acknowledge that some of my colleagues prefer to be extroverts. They have quick responses in the discussion and interaction. By looking at the scenarios during the training session, I realized that being an introvert, I need to develop myself and start to share my thoughts and ideas quickly, even if it is an uncomfortable situation.
3. Compare and contrast.
While comparing two preferences, anyone who identifies themselves as introverted, I identify their level of energy in loneliness and critical thinking. However, extroverts are more likely to get on in a group setting and energize themselves with communication. Working with a small collection of colleagues and independently is my choice. In contrast, working with a large group, having social interaction, and group activities are the preferred methods of extroverts. On the contrary, I realize that I keep my thoughts and ideas in mind but not deliberately. Extroverted people misjudged my loneliness as a lack of interest. As a result, I may unconsciously like to remain silent, which creates a distance while being open, and it will be beneficial with engagement.
While comparing two preferences, anyone who identifies themselves with judging, structural planning, and a clear vision of planning is my first choice. I prefer that my work is well organized and the flow of my work is efficient. However, perceivers prefer to work in flexible settings and try to have backup options. While I am unable to find the solution to tackle uncertainty. Perceivers find different ways to work in a spontaneous environment. And they can set up different possibilities while setting up the work.
4. Example of Workplace.
While looking at the result of MBTI, I found myself as ISTJ type. In my workplace, being ISTJ, it helps to identify the value of my attendance, responsibilities, and decision-making. In contrast, many organizations are working under a team setting, I need to focus on sharing my ideas and thoughts, particularly where extroverts are more likely to thrive in group discussions. Moreover, I started to drive my team with a flexible approach, adjustable planning, and a wide range of options, especially where perceivers are more likely to work in a spontaneous environment with multiple options.
Top three work Values: Creativity, Income, and Stability
Ideal Physical Work Environment: I would love to work in circumstances where there are well-defined, methodical, and data-oriented instructions. A corporate environment with transparent instruction, designated roles and responsibilities, value team collaboration, and a peaceful working area helps me to be engaged and productive.
Ideal Emotional Work Environment: I would connect emotionally in an environment where being well-mannered, trustworthy, flexible, and having active communication is my top priority. Positive feedback from team leaders, managers, and colleagues gives me more confidence to complete assignments independently. Being a part of a motivated team makes me feel more energized and gives me a strong sense of accomplishment.
Top 2 Adjectives: Impact and creativity.
