Bio:

 Alexandra is a undergraduate senior Nutrition and Food Science (Emphasis in Dietetics) major at Texas Woman's University on the Denton campus. Alexandra is the President of the TWU Honors Scholar Program and Historian of the Phi Upsilon Omicron National Honor Society. She began her undergraduate capstone research in 2022 and it has since grown into a three part project focused on combating food insecurity in TWU college students. When Alexandra is not working on school work or researching she enjoys cooking, baking, painting, crocheting, and embroidery.
