Dr. Sonia Archer-Capuzzo is Clinical Associate Professor of Library and Information Science at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where she teaches information organization and access, cataloging and classification, indexing and abstracting, and music librarianship. Sonia has taught numerous cataloging webinars and workshops, most recently for the State Library of North Carolina and the Southeast Music Library Association. Her research interests include music librarianship, LIS education online, and cataloging. She also continues to practice cataloging as a contract and volunteer cataloger when time allows. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and their two corgis.

Dr. Vyacheslav "Slava" Zavalin is an Assistant Professor of the School of Library and Information Studies at Texas Woman's University. He teaches courses on information organization, cataloging and classification, information retrieval, and a variety of technical subjects, including data communication and web development. His research interests encompass cataloging and classification, metadata, subject analysis, information organization, access in digital libraries, data analytics, Big and Smart Data, Linked Data, digital imaging, and data visualization. Slava lives in Denton, TX. He is a grandfather and has two dogs: a charming young pit heeler (a mix of pit bull and blue heeler) named Bunny, and a pure blue heeler named Mayzie. In his free time, he enjoys playing live music, engaging in outdoor activities, camping, and going on motorcycle adventures.
