My mission as an English Teaching Assistant is to support students in developing confidence, curiosity, and communication skills in English. I strive to create a safe and encouraging learning environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes. By using simple language, visuals, and hands-on activities, I help learners understand and use English naturally. I aim to support local teachers by collaborating closely and adapting lessons to students’ needs. Beyond language learning, I hope to inspire students to be open-minded and interested in different cultures and travel the world. Through my teaching, I want students to see English as a useful tool, not just a school subject. Ultimately, my mission is to help students enjoy learning and believe in their own abilities. 

My vision is to become an educator who positively impacts students both academically and personally through English education. I envision classrooms where students actively participate, communicate confidently, and enjoy using English. I hope to bridge cultural understanding between Taiwan and my home country, Eswatini, through meaningful classroom interactions. In the long term, I aspire to continue growing as an educator and contribute to global education. I want my teaching materials and experiences to be accessible and useful to other teachers and assistants. Through this website, I hope to build a professional teaching portfolio that reflects creativity, dedication, and growth. My vision is to empower young learners to see English as a gateway to the world.
