As a foreign English teacher here in Taiwan, I have spent years fostering a love for English in young minds, first in the Philippines for eight years, and now in this vibrant country. My School Life: Journey at Tai-He Elementary School

Life as a foreign English teacher in Taiwan is an incredible blend of teaching, learning, and cultural immersion. It is about so much more than just lessons. Here, you will get a glimpse into my daily routine, from the trusty bike that has become my daily companion and lifeline (seriously, I use it everywhere!) to the incredible support system I have found. You will see how I collaborate with my wonderful local English teachers, who have been instrumental in helping me settle in and understand the local educational landscape. Plus, I will share moments from the vibrant school activities and events that make our school community truly special. It is a journey of continuous learning, shared laughter, and building connections, one pedal stroke and school event at a time!
