     Hello! My name is Chlarise Raven Cruz, and I am currently teaching at Hua Nan Elementary School. I came from the culinary capital of the Philippines. If you want to taste the best Filipino cuisine, you may check out the province of Pampanga. 

    I'm a graduate in education, majoring in English, for one major reason: to teach abroad. My experience teaching at two international schools had fanned the flame of my desire to teach in an Asian country, especially in Taiwan. Currently, I am teaching at Hua Nan Elementary School. The school is located in the countryside, and the people here are kind and welcoming.

    "Begin with the end in mind.", is my teaching principle. I start my class thinking of the learning outcomes that my students have to achieve. I am sharing some of my classroom strategies and activities. Feel free to explore the materials I have shared on this website.
