Parents if you would like your child to participate please complete the form below. This will indicate what games you allow them to play, explain our code of conduct, and grant various permissions your child needs in order to participate.

If you change your mind for any reason please email us at bmsesports@twpunionschools.org with your child's name and any changes to this approved list.
