Provided

Installation 

We install and maintain Traditional's, Batch Brewers and Water Boilers.  

We can install your new machine providing the correct services are in place and align with manufacturer guidance. We can send you a site survey to complete, or alternatively we can attend site for a small fee to carry out a survey. Our aim is reliability and a happy customer. 

Front End Service

Following correct and safe installation of your equipment, we believe the key to happy service is the quality of our onsite servicing. Scheduled every 6 - 12 months depending on the volume of your site, the parts you use most will be left feeling throughly refreshed and with a smooth operation. 

During our visit we will check for leaks, signs of scale and consistency along with rebuilding your steam valves and replacing group seals, shower screens, and anti vac valve - using genuine OEM parts wherever possible.

Boiler Inspections 

We are certified to carry out boiler inspections to ensure you are protected and legally compliant. A comprehensive inspection of your boiler will include checking boiler integrity and safety valve pressure testing. Following a satisfactory inspection, a Written Scheme Examination certificate (as required by your insurers) will be endorsed by Espress Test.


Whilst the knowledge of Pressure System Safety Regulations or P.S.S.R. compliance is a statutory requirement, we have met many who are unaware of the consequences of non compliance. Operating outside of compliance obviously has consequences if there is ever an issue with your coffee machine, some of these would include the following:

The Duty Holder will also be liable for all financial losses and personal injury claims.


For a modest outlay we can provide the appropriate inspection and certification - removing all stress and safe in the knowledge that your company is protected. 

Breakdown Call Out

Proactive calls with minimal disruption to service. We aim to keep a good supply of service items in our vans and wherever possible aim for a one visit solution.

Water Treatment

To ensure a fresh, quality taste and the best possible lifespan for your equipment, we also recommend keeping on top of your water filter. 

We can test your supply to determine the best filter for your equipment, be it traditional, batch brewer or water boiler.

Grinder Maintenance 

Whilst stripped for a deep clean to remove unwanted coffee oils, we will also check the condition of your burrs before reassembling and calibrating. 

If this is something you would like to carry out in house - we can provide training at a reasonable cost. Please ensure you have a confident barista, who's comfortable with setting up recipes.
