My biggest ask of you is to get comfortable with our company values. During your first week, I will run through what they mean to me, and others within the team will have their own take; it's your responsibility to hold us accountable, if you don’t feel we're living these values.
My second ask is for you to not think of Two Good Co as a charity. We’re a business. The stronger our business, the more impact we can have. We were built to serve the community; but through efficiency, innovation and hard work, we will go on to serve the country.
