We believe that the organization is at it's best when it is run by people who's players are active in the club, as they have a deep understanding of the experience others will have, however anyone with a desire to offer a great volleyball experience to our community is encouraged to apply.
All non coaching positions are 90% remote, and can be done during the hours that best fit your schedule. We require each applicant to have access to a personal computer and phone, with the ability to join virtual meetings. Each position will be provided a Google Workspace account which will include email, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc. and a Google Voice phone number if necessary.
Contracted positions are paid positions that require a W-9 on file for each person.
Employee positions are traditional W-4 positions with an hourly pay rate, earned Safe and Sick Time, paid travel and access to Redline Athletics for training.

Coaching Director
The Coaching Director is responsible for providing leadership and support to the coaching staff, managing coach development and performance, and ensuring compliance with club policies and expectations.
The position is part time, hybrid and the hours fluctuate seasonally. Hours range from 10-15 hours per month during "Off season" (May - August) and reaches near 50 hours per month during the club season (September - May). During peak season (November - April) 2-15 hours of daytime availability during the week to collaborate with TCE staff is required, however most of the work can be done during hours that best suite your schedule.

Volunteer Coordinator
Each season we host several all day tournaments that require a full staff of volunteers. This person serves as the point person for our volunteers; managing shift sign up, check in and tracking fullfillment of volunteer hours for both parents and players. Additionally, all communication between the organization and volunteers would go through our VC. This position can be done remotely, and can be done as it fits your schedule.
This position is seasonal and is most active from December - April with a time commitment of 15-25 hours per season.

Social Media Manager
We are looking for someone who is well versed in social media apps like Instagram and Facebook to join our team and help us grow our social media presence. This position will be responsible for posting flyers, photos and videos to our socials on a near daily basis to help us stay in present in our communities feeds.
This position can be managed by more than one individual, and is a great fit for High School or College Age athletes who understand the landscape of volleyball and the mission of TCE Volleyball.

Fundraising Coordinator
This position would take over running our existing fundraisers (car wash cards, popcorn sales, etc.) as well as our brand new sponsorship program while working to cultivate new and exciting ways for our club to raise funds. While this position is remote, it will require availability during the work week in order to connect with other business owners and staff.
This position is commission only, with pay ranging from 5-20% of each donation secured.
