TWACHA Skin Clinic was established in 2007 at Dwarka, New Delhi. It was founded by Dr. Tapesh Sharma and Dr. Richa Sharma with the sole vision of creating a centre of excellence in Dermatology and Aesthetics. Bringing their knowledge and experience together, they created a centre which is now spread over 3000 sq. ft over two floors in this posh suburb of New Delhi.
On the upper floor, there are chambers for dermatologic consultation, aesthetic counselling, a photography room and a lounge for injectables. Also present on the upper floor is a pharmacy to provide company sourced, genuine pharma products.
The lower floor comprises seven procedure rooms for carrying out various aesthetic and dermatologic procedures like LASERS, MediFacials, Chemical Peels, PRP, HIFU and RadioFrequency Surgery.

Dr. Tapesh Sharma is the co- founder and Medical Director of TWACHA Skin Clinic. He is a Dermatologist and Aesthetic Physician. Dr. Tapesh Sharma completed his MBBS from SNMC, Agra and proceeded to complete his post graduate DVD in Dermatology from LLRM, Meerut in 2002. After that Dr. Tapesh Sharma was associated with several renowned hospitals and finally established his own skin clinic, TWACHA, in 2007.
Dr. Tapesh Sharma is a well respected dermatologist across the country. He is involved in lectures and training modules for young dermatologists across the country. Dr. Tapesh Sharma is Member of International Association of Cosmetic dermatology (IACD), Indian Association of Dermatology and Venereology (IADVL), Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India (ACSI), and Cosmetic Dermatology Society of India (CDSI)
Dr. Tapesh Sharma is an expert in managing all dermatological, hair related and aesthetic concerns. His chief interest lies in Face Aesthetics and combination of Injectables like Botox and Dermal Fillers to sculpt and remodel faces for aesthetic improvement. His work ethic is widely admired and he is known for his wholistic approach to skin and hair care.
He is loved by his patients as a soft spoken, respectful and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Richa Sharma is the co- founder and Medical Director of TWACHA Skin Clinics.
Dr. Richa completed her MBBS and MD in Dermatology from the prestigous Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. She was lecturer in dermatology at SRMS Medical College and consultant dermatologist at an aesthetic clinic chain before establishing TWACHA at Delhi.
Dr. Richa Sharma has been very active in academic dermatology. She has many publications and invited lectures at National and International Dermatology Conferences. She is also author of chapters on Botox and Fillers in aesthetic dermatology books.
Dr. Richa Sharma is office bearer of Indian Women's Dermatologic Association (IWDA) and Pigmentary Disorders Society (PDS).She is member of American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Indian Association of Dermatology and Venereology (IADVL), Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India (ACSI), and Cosmetic Dermatology Society of India (CDSI). A renowned and well respected name in Dermatology across India, she is also KOL for many multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Dr. Richa Sharma has vast experience in managing Dermatologic, Hair and Aesthetic concerns. Her chief interests are Hair Disorders and Aesthetic Dermatology. She brings her solid academic excellence to treat her patients with care and compassion.
She is an avid reader, singer and loves to travel.

Dr. Meenakshi Ghosh, our senior aesthetic advisor, has an experience of over 8 years in aesthetic treatments. Dr. Meenakshi analyses skin and suggests, supervises and conducts aesthetic treatments. She creates the best suited treatment schedule for you.
Dr. Laxmi Kaushik, our aesthetic advisor with 7 years of experience in the field of aesthetics, has a special expertise in managing your holistic skin care. She supervises and conducts aesthetic treatments at TWACHA.
Our therapists, Sushma, Pooja, Neha, Mahima and Shalu are well trained in handling equipment. They are dedicated in assisting with Lasers, PRP as well as conducting Chemical Peels and Medifacials exactly as per instructions, while maintaining high standards of hygiene. They regularly take tests and interviews by our doctors to ensure that they are always updated.
Our front office staff, comprising Tejaswini, Meenu, Naman and Neelu are polite, efficient and attentive to make your visit to TWACHA smooth and pleasant.
The calling staff , Smiley and Ishika are well mannered and diligent. They ensure smooth flow of clients in clinic by managing appointments.
Our pharmacy is handled by Akhilesh and Jeetendra. They are swift and alert in medicine disposal so that no time is wasted. High quality medicines are procured directly from source to ensure genuine products.
Our janitors, Surendra and Ajay maintain spotless cleanliness in the clinic. They sanitise treatment chambers before and after therapy session. The clinic is well renowned for its exquisite cleanliness, all thanks to these dedicated workmen.
