Bring this signed agreement to the VHS Media Center to receive your Chromebook.

You can powerwash your CB at home by following these steps or bring it to the media center.
Remember...
You are required to always bring a fully charged CB each day.
Please be mindful that you have a responsibility to maintain the device issued to you and pay for repairs.
