On personal devices, we ask our TUSD users to download Google Chrome to use as their main web browser. Other web browsers often block third party cookies and necessary elements required to access our platforms.

We ask our TUSD users to not download and add any unnecessary Google Chrome extensions to their TUSD accounts. When users have additional extensions installed, it significantly slows down Chromebook processing and prevents access from important TUSD online programs.

**Please note: TUSD automatically installs some necessary extensions on student accounts. Those extensions must be left alone.*

Unfortunately, iPads (and iPhones) often have trouble accessing or displaying various district platforms (such as i-Ready, Schoology, etc.). 
If possible, we encourage our students to access online platform and programs using a laptop/computer device instead of an iPad/iPhone.
