**If you are dropping an event, please write DROP ENTIRE EVENT as the students name**
WEAPONS POLICY: WE WILL FOLLOW IHSSA'S GUIDELINES FOR WEAPONS. ALL WEAPONS MUST BE CHECKED IN AT THE CONTEST OFFICE. THE COACH WILL THEN NEED TO BE THE ONE TO COME CHECK THE WEAPON OUT FOR THE PERFORMANCE AND CHECK BACK IN UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE PERFORMANCE. WHEN THE COACH COLLECTS BALLOTS AT THE END OF THE DAY THE ITEMS MAY BE RETRIEVED AS WELL.
During your visit, we would greatly appreciate your help to be sure the hallways remain quiet. If you notice any problems, please report it to the Contest Office.
A coaches and bus drivers lounge will be availabe in our FCS room. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN
In the event that we would have inclement weather on Saturday we have a few different options and that decision would be made early in the morning on Saturday.
Delay the start of contest, and continue with no judges' comments.
Get here when you get here, and we will work people in, no judges' comments.
LAST RESORT - Cancel for the day and make-up on Saturday, February 1st.
