Faster Tally Reporting. No Complex Keys Required!
Send invoices from TallyPrime to the ZATCA e-invoicing provider of your choice, with every invoice checked before it is sent.
In ZATCA's integration phase (Phase 2), VAT-registered businesses connect their invoicing systems to ZATCA's Fatoora platform in waves. Standard tax invoices (B2B) must be cleared by ZATCA before they are shared with the buyer. Simplified invoices (B2C) are reported to ZATCA within 24 hours.
Who: businesses with VAT-subject revenue above SAR 187,500 in any of 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025
Integrate by: 1 February 2027

Capture. Invoices and credit notes are read from TallyPrime into a local database, in scheduled runs.
Check. Each one is checked before it is sent: VAT category and rate, and totals against Tally.
Convert. Each invoice that passes becomes a document in ZATCA's e-invoice format (UBL).
Send. The document goes to the provider's API. Each provider connection is set up and tested on that provider's sandbox first.
An invoice that fails a check is held, with the reason, instead of being sent and rejected.
Test documents from TallyPrime have passed ZATCA's developer sandbox compliance checks: simplified invoices reported, and standard invoices, exports and credit notes cleared.
TallyPrime has its own ZATCA route. A Tally business that prefers another provider, or already uses one for its other companies, needs its Tally invoices to reach that provider.
Add Tally support without building it. We build and run the Tally side against your API and your sandbox.
Fewer rejected submissions. Invoices are checked before they reach you.
A proof first. We post test documents from TallyPrime to your sandbox before anything is agreed.
A readiness check. We run a month of your Tally invoices through the same checks and report which would fail today, and why.
Choose your provider. The connector works with the provider you choose.
One source for reporting. The same database feeds Power BI or Excel.
Providers: we will post test documents to your sandbox. Businesses and advisers: we will run a readiness check on one month of Tally invoices.
