My goal for each scholar is to leave my class further advanced than they entered it. Not just in mathematics which is the purpose of the class, but a better organized more thoughtful member of society.

This year all my classes will include on level math coarse combined with a math lab elective. This will allow the scholars to be immersed in math and help fill in gaps of understanding to help promote advancement.

I use a combination of Glencoe McGraw-Hill textbook for the general ed side and web based application called ALEKS in Math Lab. My scholars will utilize the Aleks Program to track their progression throughout the year as well as complete most of their assignments. ALEKS can be accessed anywhere you have internet availability. We will also have assignments from the textbook, projects, quizzes and tests throughout the year.
