LEGO®-Based Therapy (LBT) is a playful, semi-structured group program that builds social connections and communication skills through collaborative LEGO® building. In this “LEGO Club,” participants become team members, sharing ideas, solving challenges, and creating together.

Originally developed to support neurodiverse individuals, LEGO®-Based Therapy is now used worldwide to foster teamwork, friendship, and creative expression — making it a fun and meaningful way to build social confidence and belonging.
