We are pleased to provide you with a printable copy of our 2020/2021 CASP Registration Form on your School Districts website. Please visit www.tcsdk8.org and look for CHOICES to find our Application for Registration. Once you find our Registration Form, you will be able to fill it out, print, and sign/initial in the appropriate spaces before you turn in your Form. We will be informing you of when and where you will be able to turn in your Registration Form. Please check back this week for these updates and more. Thank you!
