Onboarding

Our Onboarding process consists of two easy steps!

1. Registration

• • • Provide your Partnerships contact with basic information about your company.

2. Test Package Delivery

• • • You will need to upload a complete title package from our agreed upon title list to our delivery portal.

      • • A test package includes each of the following: video, trailer, artwork, metadata, and a closed caption file**

        • Our asset requirements are fairly straightforward. At a high level, we're looking for ProRes files whenever possible with no color bars/tone and no long breaks for ad spots. Visit our Asset Requirements page for additional spec details.

    • Step 1 must be completed before we can proceed with the test package.

      • • Our team will provide you with login credentials to deliver your first test package.

        • Once the test package is delivered, our team will review your files and provide feedback.

        • If the test package passes, you are set to begin delivering content to Tubi!

          • • Deliveries that are not fully up to spec per our Submission Guidelines will need to be resent through our preferred post-production house vendor along with future deliveries. We will provide further information about the delivery arrangement when we experience ongoing delivery issues.
