F.I.T.T. stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise. These are the four elements you need to think about to create workouts that are fun, fit your goals and fitness level. Our 5th grade students are introduced to this principle in PE and learn how it works. It helps to understand that it's easy and fun to be active. The principle also also shows that it will never get boring to be stay fit throughout your life if exercising matches your personal abilities and individual interests.
