Welcome to the JWPTI Guest House Accommodation Booking Service. The institute provides guest house facilities for official visitors, guests, trainees, and authorised occupants. Please read the following tariff structure and booking policies carefully before submitting your reservation request.
The guest house currently offers three categories of accommodation.
Room Type: Twin Room
Bedding Arrangement: Two single beds
Suitable Occupancy: Up to 2 guests
Fixed Room Charge: Nu. 500 per room per night
Room Type: Quad Room
Bedding Arrangement: Four single beds
Suitable Occupancy: Up to 4 guests
Fixed Room Charge: Nu. 600 per room per night
Room Type: Executive Room
Facilities Included:
One double bed
Living room
Kitchen area
Attached bathroom facilities
Suitable Occupancy:
1 guest, or
2 guests sharing the same double bed
Fixed Room Charge: Nu. 600 per room per night
Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee room reservation. All requests are subject to room availability and administrative verification.
The system displays available room categories based on the selected check-in and check-out dates. Guests are advised to verify dates carefully before proceeding with payment.
Guests must complete payment and submit the transaction reference or journal number through the portal. Payment screenshot upload is also required for verification purposes.
All submitted bookings are reviewed by the authorised guest house administrator or concerned office before approval.
A booking is considered officially confirmed only after:
payment verification,
room assignment, and
administrative approval.
Guests may check booking status anytime using the Booking Status page.
Payments must be made to the official institute account displayed on the booking portal.
Guests are required to:
enter the transaction reference or journal number, and
upload a screenshot or proof of payment during booking submission.
Incomplete payment information may delay verification.
Once payment has been submitted to the Institute CD Account and the booking request is recorded in the system, the payment is non-refundable.
Guests are therefore advised to:
verify room type carefully,
confirm check-in and check-out dates,
confirm guest count, and
review payment details before submission.
The institute will not be responsible for incorrect bookings submitted by users.

track booking progress,
check approval status,
view assigned room details, and
monitor confirmation updates.
The institute reserves the right to:
reject incomplete or invalid bookings,
deny bookings based on room availability,
request additional verification when necessary, and
manage room allocation based on operational requirements.
