Before Contacting Support

For faster assistance, kindly keep the following details ready when contacting the office:

• Booking Reference ID (if already submitted)

• Registered Name used during booking

• Registered Phone Number

• Transaction Reference / Journal Number (for guest house payments)

Important Notes

• Guest house bookings remain pending until payment verification and administrative approval are completed.

• Classroom and conference room bookings are subject to slot availability.

• Payments submitted to the Institute CD Account are non-refundable once booking submission is completed.

• Staff users should use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page if they are unable to access their account.
