To implement a PD follow the tasks below:

*Fill out a PD request form

*Wait for the form to be approved

*Reserve a room (Contact Karen Edwards ext. 4737) Contact Email

*Computer Lab Reservations (Thelma Weaver) 2019-20 Computer Lab Schedule Lab Request Form

*Print out materials

*Print out time sheets

*Print out certificate forms in the forms section of this website

*Print out enough evaluation forms for participants

*Hand in time sheets to Maurice Wall, Dr. Hall's secretary

*Optional: Digital PD materials may be sent to Ms. Maria Brown and Michelle Liberio so that they can be approved and uploaded to the PD website. Your materials will then serve as reference for staff members who were not able to attend.
