Corrections

Almost every assignment is able to be redone. I accept corrections and redo assignments up to two weeks after the initial due date. Please reach out to me with any questions you might have! 

Finding the Right Balance

My goal is to help students understand that homework is a part of learning and balance is key. This includes :

• Sometimes schoolwork continues at home, and that’s okay.

• Working hard during the school day often means less work at home.

• Occasionally, you might choose to keep working at home simply because you love what you're learning!

With that in mind, assignments that aren’t completed during independent work time in class may need to be taken home and finished as homework.

Homework Goals for Students

I want students to grow in their independence and responsibility by learning to : 

• Use tools like their agenda to stay organized and keep track of their unfinished work.

• Communicate clearly about what assignments they have and when they are due. 

• Understand and explain the expectations for completing their work.
