Good as Gold Tickets: These tickets are handed out by staff members throughout Klondike Intermediate to recognize when a student is positively displaying one of our Golden Rules. Students' tickets are exchanged for our Mini-Economy classroom currency.

Nugget Award Winner: This is awarded weekly to a classmate who has acted as an example for others. The student takes the award to the office and is able to get a book out of the book vending machine! His/her name is also read on the announcements and published in the school newsletter.

Whole Class Reward: Students are working to earn a party through filling our classroom marble jar. Marbles are awarded when the class earns a compliment from a teacher outside of the classroom. The class can also earn marbles by doing an exceptional job (being a good audience, staying on task, engaged in the lesson, etc.) in the classroom.

Behavior Corrections: Inappropriate behaviors are recorded on the classroom teacher's clipboard as corrections under the Golden Rule category needing practice. Teachers will use logical consequences and strategies to assist with behavior growth. 2 or more corrections will be communicated by a separate call or email to keep open communication and build positive partnerships between home and school.
