About Me

I have been teaching in Tippecanoe School Corporation for 33 years, and happy to have the opportunity to teach high ability students again this year. In my free time outside of school, I love to ballroom dance with my husband John, read historical fiction and mystery books, go hiking, and most of all shopping. In Room 202, you will find a classroom that promotes a positive environment where the students feel comfortable taking intellectual and creative risks. Students feel a part of the classroom as they take part in their daily jobs that encourage responsibility and self-worth. Students take pride in their learning therefore; they are always striving to reach a new level of learning. Inspiration, wonder, and excitement are experienced daily as you enter into the world of Room 202.
