Behavior Plan

All students deserve to learn in a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom! Our discipline plan provides guidance so that students can make good choices. The plan emphasizes and rewards good behavior.

Classroom Expectations

• Obey school rules. This includes following lunchroom, playground, restroom, and hallway procedures.

• Be honest, kind, and respectful to others. Also, respect school and personal property.

• Listen and follow directions.

• Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

• Always do your personal best!

Rewards for Choosing Good Behavior

• Verbal praise and compliments!

• Positive messages to parents!

• Extra Privileges!

• Treats and stickers

Discipline Plan

1st infraction- verbal warning

2nd infraction- lose a Dojo point and complete think sheet

3rd infraction- lose another Dojo point, conference with Mrs. Madlung, and possibly lose recess time

4th infraction- lose another Dojo point and parent contact

5th infraction- office referral
