About Me

Hello.  My name is Katie Kelly and I currently live in Chalmers, IN.  I am married to Donnie, a road train supervisor in Lafayette.  We have 3 children, Kayser who will be joining Klondike this year as a Kindergarten student, Gene my fun, loving, three-nager, and Clarabelle, my almost 2 year old .  

I grew up in Delphi, Indiana and graduated from Delphi Community High School.  I attended IU Kokomo and earned my Degree in Early Childhood Education.  From there, I taught preschool and moved on to teach Kindergarten for 7 years at Meadowlawn Elementary in Monticello, Indiana. During this time, I earned my Masters Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue.  This will be my 12th year teaching and my 11th year teaching Kindergarten.  

I look forward to start this year and watch each of my students blossom...
