Welcome to Meyer Beach! I am so excited for the 2026-2027 school year! This will be my 20th year of teaching and my 18th year teaching kindergarten. I absolutely love teaching kindergarten! The growth and love these little people have for learning is amazing and watching them discover their strengths is my favorite part. 

I grew up here in West Lafayette and graduated from Harrison High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and my Master's Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan. I have three children. Payne will be continuing his college journey this year at IU in Bloomington as a sophomore. He is studying biological sciences with a focus on anesthesiology. Crew is also beginning a new journey this year at a new school. He will be a junior at West Side High School. My daughter, Sloane, will be a 5th grader here at Burnett Creek.

It is going to be an amazing year full of excitement, growth, and fun. There will be times throughout our journey together where you may have a question or concern. I am eager for this journey and look forward to working together to build the foundation of learning for your child.
