1st offense: verbal warning

2nd offense:  loss of instrument privileges (for current song only)

3rd offense:  loss of instrument privileges for remaining time in class and removal from group, but still in classroom; loss of points for daily grade

4th offense:  office referral and a 0 grade for that day's class
