My name is Jessica Hecht and this will be my 17th year teaching. I taught for 8 years in Hammond, Indiana. I taught 2nd grade for 3 years and 5th grade for 5 years while there. This is my 9th year teaching 5th grade at Wyandotte and I am excited to work with this new group of students. My hope is that they leave 5th grade feeling confident in their academics as well as having the same confidence in themselves to continue to succeed in the future.
