Homework

In 4th grade, students will have homework almost every day, except on the weekends.  It should not take your student the entire evening to do their homework!  

Homework is meant to give students a chance to independently practice the skills we learn in class. 

It is important that they also have time to relax and have fun after school!  Some assignments, such as AR reading (at least 25 minutes per night) and spelling, will be daily.  

I am available for homework questions the next morning! 

Please have them show you their assignment book daily!
