My name is Hillary Wycoff, and my passion has always been to work with students in the school setting. I started off as a teacher after graduating from Purdue University with my undergraduate degree in Social Studies Education. I taught 7th grade students for four years, then I spent one year teaching high school. As I was working as a teacher, my favorite part was the relationships I was able to build with students and getting to know who they are. It was always special to me when a student would want to talk to me and confide in me about an issue or struggle they were facing. This set me in the direction of returning to school to become a School Counselor. I have graduated from Butler University with my Masters in School Counseling and am starting my counseling career. My heart is to serve my students well and the families and community of James Cole.
My husband, TJ, who is a teacher and coach at TSC as well.
I work to stay current with what is happening with school counseling and belong to the Indiana School Counseling Association (ISCA) as well as the American School Counseling Association (ASCA).
