The spelling assignments follow the same pattern each week.
Spelling pretests are usually given on Mondays. If your child is absent on a pretest day, all 15 pretest words will be assigned.
Monday: 1/2 of your definitions and sentences
Tuesday: Finish the rest of your definitions and sentences
Wednesday: Word Chart (See below to print pdf)
Thursday: Your choice of activities
Friday: Test Day
Important: If your child is absent on a spelling test day, your child will be expected to take the spelling test on the day he or she returns to school!
