Classroom rules help set a good foundation for learning. These guidelines may be difficult for some students to follow but we will strive to practice. We understand that some students may need modified expectations to meet their individualized needs.
Rules:
1) Eyes are looking at the teacher during instruction.
2) Ears are listening during instruction
3) Mouth is quiet during instruction
4) Raise your hand to talk during instruction.
5) Walking feet in the classroom and around the school.
6) Keep our body to ourselves (safe hands and feet)
Positive reinforcement is used in our classroom to promote good behavior. Inappropriate behavior is addressed in the classroom based on the students needs and their Individual Education Plans. Depending on the behavior, parents may be contacted.
If your child is going to be absent, late, or leave early please let us know.
