Virtual Meetings

I will be posting some times where I will be live for your child to chat and do some small group lessons.  I am also available to talk with parents and/or child. Please follow the directions below.

1. Request a Meeting (Video chat between student or parent with Miss Graves)

To request a time for you or your child to speak with me, please follow these steps.

1. Email me at aegraves@tsc.k12.in.us with the subject line, “Meeting Request.”

2. Once I receive your email, I will respond with several time slots. 

3. Choose your preferred time slot.

4. Once we have confirmed a time, I will send you a link. 

5. See below for how to join the “meeting” depending on which type of technology you will be using.

2. Join a Meeting

Computer

1. Click the meeting link sent to you in an email.

2. Follow the onscreen prompts to join the meeting.

Android/iPhone - Hangouts Meet by Google app required

Every Meet video meeting has a code that you can use to join the meeting. The meeting code is a series of characters, such as abc-defg-hjk. 

1. Open the Hangouts Meet app and then tap “Meeting code.”

2. Enter the meeting code or nickname.

3. Note: The hyphens in the meeting code are optional.

4. Tap “Join Meeting.”

5. (Optional) Depending on whether you're joining from a different organization or signed in to a G Suite account, choose an option:

   1. • Select “Ask to Join.”

      • Enter your name and tap “Ask to Join.”
