Grade 7 IL: Reading
Grade 7 IL: Reading is off to a great start. We will soon be sharing information regarding our summer reading favorite books. An assignment will be given this week. This week we will also take a look at perspective and a review of the elements of fiction.
Daily materials needed for class:
- 1-1/12 inch binder
- composition notebook to be used as a Reader's Notebook.
- a charged Chromebook
- independent reading book
- pen or sharpened pencil
- agenda
Four important words when thinking about our class:
- positive
- present
- prepared
- persistent
Always remember: Your thoughts matter. If you read something, say something!
Homework:
- Nightly reading HW is to read independently 20-25 pages in your independent reading book.
If there are special assignments, they will be listed here with their due dates.

Period 4 DAy 1 - Assignment is due on September 9th. Paper copy should be submitted.
