About This Project:
I am currently pursuing my second Masters in American History at Pace University and taking the Great Depression/New Deal course with Professor Eric Rauchway from University of California San Diego. My Pace section professor is Traci Sumner. This is the culminating project for the course. I am always interested in local history connections and after reading Rauchway's Why the New Deal Matters I became curious about New Deal projects within my own state of Connecticut. With help from the Living New Deal website, I was able to travel around my state this summer learning all about the New Deal.
