Show and tell will be a little different this year. The children will place their share item into the show and tell box so everyone will not see their show and tell. You will fill out the form below with your child that lists three attributes of the show and tell object. I will help your child describe the object using this form. You can help your child describe the object by labeling the parts, “it has,”, the color, “it is,”, the size“it is,”, the texture, “it feels’” or the taste, “it tastes’” or the function,”it does”. I will work with the children to expand their sentence length and use of descriptive words. Please send this form in with your child each show and tell day.
Thursday March 12 (AM): Share an item that begins with the letter A or G.
Friday March 13 (PM): Share an item that begins with the letter A or G.
Thursday March 26: Share an item that begins with the letter D or S.
Thursday April 9: Share an item that begins with the letter E, R or P.
Thursday April 30: Share an item that begins with the letter J, L or H.
Thursday May 14: Share an item that begins with the letter K, V or W.
Thursday May 28: Share an item that begins with the letter Y, X, Z or Q.
