REFUND POLICY
Our final numbers are due to the camp by May 8th. Cancelling after the 8th will result in the following fees assessed. Any cancellations for a medical reason must have documentation from a doctor.
Cancellations May 8th - May 31st
Refund minus $150 fee
Cancellations June 1st to June 22nd
Refund minus $220 fee
They strongly encourage getting trip insurance - some policies require purchasing it before January when the first payment is due from the troop to the camp.
