PE Waiver

If you plan on playing sports to fulfill your PE graduation requirement, you will need to complete the PE Credit Waiver Application. This application should be turned into the THS Athletic Department prior to you completing the sport. You must complete 2 seasons of THS sponsored sports in grades 9 - 12. Once your seasons are complete, the Athletic Director will sign off on your form. This will be given to the high school to enter into the system.

Please note that you do not receive credit for a PE Waiver. If a student chooses the PE Waiver option, they will need to complete an extra elective credit to meet graduation requirements.
