I received my BS in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued at VCU to earn my M.Ed in Counselor Education. I have been working as an elementary school counselor for the past twelve years until recently deciding to pursue further certification as a LPC so that I can practice outside of the school setting.

I grew up and currently reside in Hanover with my husband, two sons, and several four-legged family members. I love staying active and being outdoors.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. My hope is with support and empowerment, I can help others move outside of their existing comfort zone and enrich their lives.
