Every fall our teachers spend a lot of time preparing for Parent/Teacher conferences and so we provide them with the fuel they need to keep them going into the evening.

The coordinator of this event has the opportunity to:
Coordinate 3 faculty dinners during the Parent-Teacher Conferences in November
Determine a menu and buy/obtain donations for the necessary items for the dinners
Coordinate with the school newsletter editor in promoting this event and to ensure donations to help defray the cost
All receipts must be turned in to the President for reimbursement
Five volunteers will be needed to help with the serving of the dinners
