Parent/Teacher Conferences

Every fall our teachers spend a lot of time preparing for Parent/Teacher conferences and so we provide them with the fuel they need to keep them going into the evening.

Sign up to help with dinners -  the link will be uploaded closer to the event 

The coordinator of this event has the opportunity to:

• Coordinate 3 faculty dinners during the Parent-Teacher Conferences in November

• Determine a menu and buy/obtain donations for the necessary items for the dinners

• Coordinate with the school newsletter editor in promoting this event and to ensure donations to help defray the cost

• All receipts must be turned in to the President for reimbursement

• Five volunteers will be needed to help with the serving of the dinners
